The original owner of this building was Potter Palmer, who had it constructed in the 1920’s. In 1938 the Bennett Brothers rented space in the building, and in 1968 they purchased it. Very interesting building…a mix of early art deco style with Mid-Century Modern. I think the lobby probably still looks very much the same as it did when the Bennett Brothers purchased it and opened their showroom there circa 1972…
